Sign Up for Feeding Our Kids Summer 2017!
Are you available on Wednesday afternoons between 1 and 3pm in June and July? Would you like to spend that time helping children in our community? If so, sign up to help us sort food to be delivered to those in need. You can sign up for one week, several, or all eight weeks available this summer. Just follow this link to our SignUp.com page and sign up for the shift(s) you would like to work.
Our nonprofit is unique because kids are welcome to help sort food! We believe that it is important for kids to gain an awareness of community issues and to learn as early as possible that they have the power to help and create change! Many teens from middle school and high schools assist us to help fulfill their honor society service hours because our sorts are a fun and easy way to serve.
In addition, we are looking for businesses, clubs, and churches that are able to have food drives.
