Summer Volunteering
For details on each activity, go to our volunteer areas page. Summer food packing will be at Hope Center. Volunteer activities will be added as needed. We are moving our packing site inside of Eastern Illinois Foodbank (2405 North Shore Drive, Urbana). Once we are up and running at EIF we will share additional volunteer dates for that location.

Summer Garden Volunteering
Feeding Our Kids is partnering with area schools to support their summer garden programs. If you are interested in helping out, sign up below. The schools are coordinating these volunteer efforts.

Volunteers should review our one-page volunteer policy summary. More details can be found in the full volunteer policy guide.
Middle school & high school aged children can volunteer without a parent if this current permission slip and medical release form has been filled out and returned to Feeding Our Kids.
Masks are not required at our volunteer activities but hand sanitizer and masks will be available.
Our volunteers are awesome and amazing, and we can’t thank them enough!
